Questions on Property Document for Visitor Visa

Hi,

 

I am reading all over internet and getting varied answers on property document.

 

Both my parents are attending together for visitor visa interview in Hyderabad consulate.

 

My father has all the property. My mother does not have any on her name.

 

My questions are:

 

1. Who has to evaluate the property (Charted Accountant or Tax consultant or Auditor)?\

2. Could someone provide the sample format?

3. In addition to the above document.. has Visa Officer ever asks for the original property documents (I read that VO does not believe in consolidated statements and taking original property documents are risky)

4. Also, my mother does not have any property? What should be the format of letter for her?

1. Any qualified CA or Tax consultant or Auditor. All these designations are more or less the same.

2. The above mentioned persons will have them as there is no set format.

3. You think VO is going to read the registration document of properties on doubt? Be realistic. If VO is not convinced with the documents provided it will be a denial and nothing else.

4. Your dad is supporting her visit and so a separate one is not required for her.
