L1 to H1B Process

Hi,

 

 

I am in US working with company A on L1B(Blanket) visa,however still on the payroll of Indian Company(A),  I have approved H1B petition from Employer B.

Please note that L1B and H1B are processed simultaneously in the year of 2014 and my H1B got Approved and later L1B got stamped through company A, at present I am in US working for the client of company A.

Now I got New project at Client C through My Employer B who sponsored my initial H1B, my question is that is it possible to work with Client C by applying COS without fly back to INDIA for getting stamped on H1B and then return?.

 

Could you please suggest me, is it mandatory to go back to INDIA and get it stamped on H1B and then return?  Or we have to apply for new H1B Premium petition with COS.

 

Could you please advise me on the same which one is safest and fastest way and how can I proceed?

Employer B has to file a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval with an I94 attached to I797 you can join B and work for them.
