L1B Extension Status Awaiting

Hi,

 

I'm currently on L1B Visa, My PED is Aug 7th 2015 and I94 is also Aug 7 2015,

 

My employer has filed my L1B extension (regular) on April 21st 2015, and I still waiting for the decision on my extension, as I have been reading on other posts, itseems that it takes like 3-4 months to arrive at a decision, so If I don't get the decision by Aug 7th, 2015..,

can I stay in US until I get the decision, is it unlawful to stay in US after i94 expires even though we have applied for extension before the expiration date ?,

Could some one please provide your thoughts , thanks

Yes, you can stay till a decision is taken based on timely filed extension petition before I94 expiry. No worries.
