prashantsuri05 Posted July 5, 2015 Report Posted July 5, 2015 Hi, Currently working for A. I received an offer from B who has filed my H1b transfer under normal processing (due to temporary suspension from USCIS). Now I want to travel to India and would be needing a H1B stamp to re-enter. I have got all documents from A, and would also be taking my current pay stubs from A for stamping. Could there be any issue for my stamping for A? Could there be any issue for my H1B transfer for B, since my I-94 number would get changed once I leave and come back on a new visa stamp.
jairichi Posted July 5, 2015 Report Posted July 5, 2015 As long as you are planning to get back to US to work for employer A you are fine to use their documents.
prashantsuri05 Posted July 6, 2015 Author Report Posted July 6, 2015 Would really appreciate if someone who has been in similar position, or has any insights to my situation, to please reply.
prashantsuri05 Posted July 6, 2015 Author Report Posted July 6, 2015 @jairichi - Thanks for your reply. Yes I intend to come back and work for A, but once i get my H1B approval from B which is under normal processing and might take another 2 months, I plan to move to B. With this travel to India, would my transfer application from B get affected?
