akm6270 Posted July 3, 2015 Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 Hi, My I140 was approved last week and i want to apply for H4 EAD, but my employer is not giving the I140 approval notice. My question is whether i can apply H4 EAD with I140 receipt notice? will they accept it? Link to comment
