I-539 H4 EXTENSION and EAD

We have applied for H4 extension application( i-539) and  received notification on Jan 28 2015. We have not yet got any update on the I-539 status.

My H4 visa expired on June 15 2015....Should I wait or go to India and get stamping done?

Will there be any issues with Stamping?

We have also applied for h4 EAD and received the receipt notification..how will my travel to india impact h4 Ead?

You can go for H4 stamping. No issue with that. Once you enter US with a H4 status your EAD application will be processed. On the safer side you can send USCIS a copy of your H4 visa and online I94 with a copy of your H4 EAD receipt notice.
