H4 Visa : Person\Entity Paying for your trip?

Hello,

 

I have planned to take my H1B VISA appointment along with my dependent family members for H4. For myself, my Spouse & Kid I have mentioned "Person\Entity Paying for your trip?" as US Petitoner.

Is it correct?

 

My Employer is paying my travel cost immediately & will be giving reimbursement for my dependent travel cost after 6 months.

 

​I am confused what exactly should go into "Person\Entity Paying for your trip?" for all 3 of us.

If you are getting reimbursed then you can mention employer.

If your H1B petitioner is paying for your trip, then it should be perfectly acceptable to list that - for H1B purposes, i don't believe that this field is particularly relevant, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

So I will mention U.S Petitioner for me in H1B and same for my dependent in their H4 application.
