jairichi Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Let employer provide whatever they have and based on that duration your H1B petition will be approved. And, this is work of employer's attorney and you need to stay away from this.
rahul412 Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 That should work, did you contacted your attorney?
Goluram Posted July 1, 2015 Report Posted July 1, 2015 Let you HR work with an Immigration attorney, they know how to answer such RFEs and draft a solid client letter.
