h1busybee Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Hello all, based on few personal situations, my prospective employer filed H1B Change of Employer start date in Aug 2nd week. But now they are pushing me to join earlier, can I ask the immigration ppl to change my start date on H1B to July 3rd week(pre-pone)? H1b is just filed, receipt notice not yet received. Is it possible to send USCIS another request to have an earlier joining date? Thanks,
