Employer Change of Address and Impact on I-485

I am currently on H1B with an approved I-140. My priority date is June 2007 EB2I. My employer is planning to move the office 25 miles from the current location. This however is in a different County but of course the same State.

I want to know if it is within the same MSA or SMSA, if another PERM and I 140 is required?
