Applying perm on a different job title and having a different past experience

I have used 4 years 10 months of h1 and with program manager experience and job tittle. Now the employer has a pwd for a QA Analyst and in the interest of time is ready to file perm with that title. Attorney reviewed my profile and he approves saying I will fit and can apply perm.

My question is

1. As my previous and current experience letters say PRogram manager, does it affect any stage of GC as QA analyst may slightly differ from PgM.

2. What kind of issue I may face in future job changes or employer changes like do I need to stick to same job title and responsibilities etc does joining any other big companies becomes a problem later because of this perm and I 140?

Please help in understanding pros and cons in this situation as I might be taking a risk due to less left over time for further steps
