Visitor Visa sponsorship for grandparents

My grandparents (Age : ~75 years) are planning to visit USA sometime this November. Me and my cousin are willing to act as their sponsors. We want to maximize the chances of them getting the tourist visa and to that end we are trying to figure out who should actually sponsor them. Below is our situation

Myself :

1. They are my maternal grandparents (Do not share the same surname)

2. My I-94 expired and I applied for a new H-1B. I am awaiting approval. This can take another 2-3 months

3. I have already sponsored for 3 people in the last 6 months and planning to sponsor one more in the next month (Excluding my grand parents)

Cousin :

1. She is pursuing her doctorate and would be graduating during August (or Decemner) of this year. She can request visa for grandparents so that they can be at her graduation. However she has no income apart from her stipend (~$2000/month)

2. Her husband can act as their sponsor. SInce he is not directly related, we do not know whether it could be an issue.

Thanks for taking some time to read through this. Appreciate any help on this.

Thank You,

Rahul
