B1 Visa after H1B denial

Hi,

 

I applied for H1B visa last year 2014 and it got picked in the lottery. On Sep 26th 2014, my H1B got denied while it was under RFE. My employer has not shared the denial reasons as it was against to their company policy. 

 

This year the company which I am working in (different form the company which applied H1B) is applying a B1 Visa for me. Would like to know if the below questions are applicable for my case.

 

1) Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

 

2) Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

 

3) Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12months(please specify the visa type):
