sony6317 Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 Hi guys, I have a query regarding B1 to H1B transfer. My husband got his first H1B in the year 2008 and he has used 1 year on his H1B. He also has a B1 which he used once. I am currently is US and on H1B, my husband is planning to join me here in U.S. And than find a project. We initially planned that he comes to US on H4 and than transfer to H1B once he finds a project. But I also heard he can come on B1 and later change to H1B. Is this feasible and which option is advisable? Request all your valuable suggestion. Thanks, Sony
