She lives in Pune , so her jursidiction would ideally be Mumbai Consulate General, however, she is visiting our relatives in Delhi in coming days, is it OK for her to apply for Visitor Visa in Delhi Consulate ? Would there be an issue/Question as to why she would not apply in Mumbai consulate close to her current residence ? Link to comment
