sampeters27
Hi, I am in the process of completing MBA from USCIS approved university. I currently have approved I-140 in EB3 category and 16 years of total experience. As per EB2 guidelines, I just need a advanced degree to qualify for EB2.The 16 years experience is not progressive after MBA but its before MBA. But as per my knowledge, "progressive experience" is the requirement only if I am using Bachelors + 5 years experience as a criterion. If I join the new employer who has the job requirement of Masters + 5 yrs of experience, will I be qualified with my past experience and newer MBA. Will I qualify for EB2? Please help. livliv
It all depends on job requirements. In general, experience requirements are progressive. Also, USCIS is not in business of approving universities. Make sure your MBA is qualified as an advanced degree. The school must be accredited by a National Accreditation Agency. Link to comment
