Sharing Email and Phone Number Via This forum

I want to share email address and phone number via this forum and i am not sure how to do it. I am new to this forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Admin,

It could have been better if we have below options under Profile settings:

Gmail, Mobile/Phone Number to specify those details.
