abhijeet364 Posted June 14, 2015 Report Share Posted June 14, 2015 Hi, My wife Visa expired in March 2015. Due to family problems she had to come back to India in the month of January 2015. So she couldnt file for her extension. Now she chekced with her employer and they said her petition is valid. My question is if i get her to US on a H4 visa is it possible for a transfer of H4 would her H1 be still valid. Thanks Abhijeet Link to comment
