My fiance is a Canadian permanent resident

Hello there,

 

Please help me out here,

I am a USA Permanent Resident (Green card holder) and my fiance is a Canadian permanent resident.

Could you please tell me what is the best way to proceed. Is it better to get her into USA and then get married or get married and then get her into USA? Either way, I do I get her in to USA and what Visa do I need to apply and how long is it going to take?

Also its been 4 years I got my GC and so I think I can apply for USA citizenship in another 6 months.
