year mistake in birth cert in my son certificate

my son is born in us.In his birth certificate my wife dob is mistake.her dob 1982 but in son birth certificate dob is 1984

 

my questions are below.

 

1) while applying for my son us passport will be any issue?

2) will it cause any issue in future .if not changed

3)will cause any issue in oci card.
