Am I out of status?Was I ever in H1?Can I get stamped for H4 in Canada or Mexico?Can I file new H4 ext?What are my options?

Entered us on H4 on June-15-2013, visa & I-94 valid till Oct-02-2014. Applied for H1 in Apr-2014. My husband changed employer and hot new H1 valid till Jan-2017. Then I applied for H4 extension (with new H1 of my husband as supporting doc) in Oct-2014 as I did not hear any notice regarding H1. Finally, my H1 got approved on Mar-09-2015 for 20 days with validity dates of Mar-08-2015 to Apr-02-2015. Received hard copy of H1 just 10 days before expiry. Application for SSN was denied, as atleast 14 days are required on petition on day of applying SSN. With SSN, I could not join the job with my employer. My H4 extension was still in process, got it approved ob June-08-2015 but the validity is from Oct-03-2014 to Mar-07-2015. Now I do not have any valid petition because of this decision by USCIS?

You do not have a valid H1B petition now. Any employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval you can work for that employer.
