Does child need updated h4 stamping

hi

 

my child has valid h4 visa stamped still may 2017 and she has entered US before . 

i recently changed my employer but at that time my child was india so she was not included in h1 transfer. 

my new h1 is valid till may 2018 and i have started working for new employer

i know that i can go out of country and show latest 797 and not go for stamping. 

my question is shld my child has a updated h4 visa stamped in her passport as she was not included in h1 transfer ??? or can i bring her along with my with previous stamping and use my 797 for her entry as well.

Your child can travel with existing valid H4 visa and a copy of your new I797.
