H1B Gap in Green Card Process

Hi,

 

I would like to know whether there will be any negative impact on green card processing if there has been H1B gap meaning, one is physically here in U.S. with valid I-94 which has not expired but does not have approved H1B for say 6 months. During this period, H1B petition is pending and once also rejected but then got approved H1B after a period of 6 months.

 

And then has approved H1B since then and now if green card is filed, will this 6 months gap of not having approved H1B affect green card processing negatively?

 

Any help is really appreciated.
