Sponsoring visa for parents with old visa close to expiration.

Hello,

 

My parents have a visitor visa through a different sponsor and it is going to expire September of this year. I would like to sponsor them a visitor visa again but I'm not sure if I should wait till the visa expires or can I sponsor them before it expires?

First no one sponsored a visitor visa for your parents and so you cannot sponsor one. They need to apply with necessary documents and apply for its renewal.

There is no sponsorship for B2 visa, so she can get her ext without any sponsor. B2 is not  work visa so have a sponsor.

There is no 'sponsor' for visitor visas. People can only sponsor the trip not the Visa. your parents will apply for themselves and you can pay for their trip. They can apply again before their current visas expire.
