I-485 Birth Certificate Issue (Full name is no present)

For filing I-485 for my spouse. her full name is not matches in Birth certificate.

 

 

Spouse Acutal Name is 

 

Last Name : Paba Balaji 

First Name : Dami lakshmi

 

 

In her Birth Certificate its show as below

 

Name : P.B Dami Lakshmi

 

 

 

Her Last Name shows as P.B instead of Paba Balaji  Will there be an issue ? Please Advise.
