gkmadhav Posted June 3, 2015 Report Share Posted June 3, 2015 Hi Folks, I am on H1B and got an approved I-140. My wife is also on H1B. The plan is to have her converted to H4 EAD. Can we have her COS from H1 to H4 and also the H4 EAD done at the same time by filing the I-765 along with the supporting docs or is that she should have her status changed to H4 first and then apply for H4 EAD? Yes you can file H4 and H4 EAD both at the same time. Please read the FAQ's published by USCIS. Link to comment
