How to add H4 applicant name to get appointment, need help please ( with pending H1 status )

Hello, here I am trying to take H4 appointment at Ottawa canada ( DS 160 done )

Now I am trying to pay the fee and take appointment with below link, so now my question is , can I add my new filled h4 application Ds160 into my previous profile with signing in ?

( FYI: I had an interview on April 10th for H1-b @Ottawa and issued 221g , no updates as of today, so I am going to attend the H4 now , )

Or do I need to create new profile with new email address to take this H4 appointment ? ( I tried with same email address but it's existing already, so can anyone please assist on my case. Thanks
