murali.australia
Hello All, I'm on H1B. I used to work for client A in california. I changed my client and moved to client B in Maryland two months back. Since my extension is due this sepember, my employer planning to file my H1B amendment along with extension in few weeks. I have not changed my address in AR-11 form yet. Now, my dependents planning to travel next week to IAD, Va airport. My questions are: 1. will it be any issue if my dependents port of entry is VA instead of MD or CA(as per my H1B petition, CA is my work location. Yet to file H1B amendment)? 2. how to defend if the officer ask them why they are coming to VA, instead of CA? 3. can they tell that I'm working in MD if the officer asked? 4. Can my dependents fill my Maryland address in their I-94 (still I've not changed my address in AR-11)? Regards Link to comment
