sobbysoprana Posted May 27, 2015 Report Posted May 27, 2015 I am working on H1B VISA in US and wife is on H4 VISA valid till Sept 30 2015 . My kid is a US citizen with US passport . I want to know if i,wife or kid need a VISA to travel to Mexico for vacation trip of 2-3 days ? What precaution i need to take so that i dont have problem with immigration .?
obscurenessmoon Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 You and your wife will require Mexico visa. I believe they have visa on arrival facility. This should not be a issue as long as you have valid US visa and valid Indian Passport.

sharin Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 You need valid US visa & valid Indian passport and your flight should depart from US airport to be eligible for visa on arrival in Mexico! I don't see any issue if you satisfy above conditions, I have traveled to Mexico couple times now without any issues to re-enter US.
