H1B - Change of employer before Start date.

Here is my situation:

• I am on my OPT STEM which expires in October
   
• I have been approved of H1B applied from Company A after being picked in this years Cap. 
   
• I got a job offer from a non-profit research organization( B) which can apply my H1 B in Cap Exempt Quota anytime of the year irrespective of my current H1B status
   
• Consider I have taken the offer from B and got H1 approved in Cap exempt quota before the start date ( October)- of course my H1B from Company A will be withdrawn. 
   
• In future if I leave Company B and opt to join Company C which is a private organization- then, can the company C apply my H1 B in Cap Exempt Quota as I was already approved of H1B under Cap with Company A

When company A revokes the H1 before Oct. 1, the number will go back into the pool for somebody else to use, and if you want to work in industry later, the company would have to file an H1 in the quota again.
