Here is my situationMy first stamping was in India (company A) back in 2013 Valid until Sep 2013I changed my employer in Sep 2013. I got valid I-797 till Mar 2016 with my new employer. My current visa stamped in the passport is expired (as it was only valid till Sep- 2013)I do not have Master's degree from USAI am working on Employee- Vendor- Client model.Currently I am in a situation where I have to go for stamping. Please advise me considering the above mentioned situation 1. Is it advisable to go to Canada for H1B visa stamping 2. If yes do you prefer any particular location?It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can advise me on this as my situation.
jairichi Posted May 26, 2015 Report Posted May 26, 2015 1. You can if you want to. 2. Every US consulate is the same. It is always suggested to go to home country for visa stamping.
