H1b immediate transfer

Hi..i am here with a employer a.. I am looking at transferring my h1b to employer b.. I wanted to know if there is any minimum time I need to work with employer a.. It has hardly been a week since I entered US and started work.. I wanted to know if I should wait any specific no of months before I begin my job search.. I have seen that paystubs are required as part of documentation.. How many would be needed and what is the minimum time I need to spend in company a

New employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition anytime. On approval you can join new employer. No minimum requirement of pay stubs. You need to prove that you maintained valid H1B status at the time of H1B petition filing by new employer which is evidenced by submitting pay stubs that you have.

when u say paystubs u have..is it ok if I have just a month's paystub?

Yes, if you have started working and only for a month.

1. Get a copy of your I-129, LCA and I797.
