rohit5 Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 I am a non ad guy with few years of IT experience, I recently got 2 job offers and both filed h1b for me. Fortunately or unfortunately, both got picked. Now i am in a confusion to decide on which one to go with. Both were filed as regular. Now the strange part is one job offer is related to my previous work experience and other is also related but not completely to my past roles. Both lcas were filed with different wages, under different categories mentioned as well different role names but all related to IT. Both the jobs are not completely related but are related to my bachelors major. Need help from any experienced guys with mutiple petitions in past or from attorneys. The attorney whom i spoke to told me that as long as my job role is related to my major, i am not doing anything wrong and after approval i can decide whom to work with. This year is very crucial for me. I know i shouldnt have accepted both the offers but because of the lottery game in past dumping me again n again i had to. Note: i did not pay anyone and pls do not post nonsense unless it is informative and to my point. Help is appreciated. Thanks
jairichi Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 All you need is a minimum of 4 years bachelor's degree related to your H1B profession.
satya2k1 Posted May 25, 2015 Report Posted May 25, 2015 I don't see any problem in your case... What are you worried about? H1B is for speciality occupations with atleast 4 years BAchelor's degree... but not on previous experience.. I agree with your attorney..
