texas1010 Posted May 21, 2015 Report Posted May 21, 2015 I did go through multiple forums for an answer but couldn't find a clear one yet. will Premium process be suspended for H1B transfers too starting may 26th ? I know there is nothing called transfer as such, but what ever process we follow to transfer from one h1b employer to another h1b employer, does it fall under extension of status?

rahul412 Posted May 21, 2015 Report Posted May 21, 2015 Since there is nothing called 'H1 transfer', USCIS used 'extension of stay' terminology. So yes, it will effect.
