Employment letter or Offer letter ?

I am in India and it my new H1B . I will start working for the employer full time when I arrive in US . For stamping my employer can not provide Employment verification letter .  If they provide me Offer letter will that suffice for stamping purpose ? 

 

I have following documents from my employer for stamping . Am I missing any other documents ?

 

I-797 Notices

Form I-129

LCA 

Offer letter including position , duties , salary and work location

Since you have not started working for that employer there is no employment verification letter for you. An offer letter will suffice.

For interview you should have latest employment letter.
