Will the H1B transfer premium be affected due to h4-ead processing

Hi,

I am changing employer and my h1b will be filed in premium will this be affected due to the h-4 ead processing? I was assuming the premium processing is stopped only for extension of stay and not for transfer. Please reply.

There is no big difference between EOS or transfer, there is nothing call H1 transfer.

H1 transfer= new H1 but cap exempt. So my understanding is that except the H1's filed this year remaining all other H1's will be effected.

Since the H1B transfer would be initiated by the new employer B and based on my receipt number will I be in valid status even if my current employer A withdraws my h1b?

Thanks for the reply Rahul. What happens to h1b status if the current employer withdraws the h1b before the h1 approval of the new employer..

Yes, you will be in legal status during your H1 process.
