Physicians panel Examination

Hi,

 

I was arrested for driving under the influence with BAC level 0.084 way back in July 2011. I pleaded no contest and the charges were reduced to Wet Reckless. I'm planning to go to visa stamping in Dec 2015. That being said, I have few questions.

 

1. Is there any consulate in India or anywhere else that don't delay your process by issuing you a 221g for convictions greater than 3 years ?

 

2. If I have to face the physicians panel examiantion, what should I expect (meaning, what kind of tests do they do, what questions do they ask, how much of time will this entire process take) ?

 

3. I have expunged my conviction record. Will this be of any advantage ?

 

4. Apart from the panel examination, are there any other administrative processings that I have to go through at the consulate ?
