Is the new immigration law in effect which states that "people can take up supervisory role if they have applied for adjustment of status" ?
ashuneel Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 No need to file a new PERM for the manager post as normal advancement and promotions are part of continued employment. Not sure about what immigration law you are referring to here.
