h1extension Posted May 18, 2015 Report Posted May 18, 2015 Hi, I am LPR and I work in US. My spouse is in India and hence I have to travel to India quite often. I work 2 weeks in US and 1 week in India. Still I try to maintain overall 180 days of residence orphysical presence in USA. I wanted to know if this will cause any problem for my eligibility for citizenship. I am not sure if I am breaking any requirement of contunity of residence. Please help.
