H1b amendment after 221g visa refusal/need to attend visa

Hi All,

i got 221g denial last time in march when i attend visa at chennai, reason being client in LCA and I129 doesn't match. Filed h1b amendment with direct client (EC model) in july, got it approved and ready to go for stamping. My state of residence is andhra pradesh. First time h1b is F1 opt to H1b, applied h1b amendment when i am in india, can i go to chennai for visa stamping or do i need to go for hyd consulate only. Please advice me.
