Hi,

I had been issued 221g green slip on the 24th of may asking for a client address amended LCA along with few other docs. I had submitted all those docs by the last week of june. I was asked not to submit the passport. I have not yet got any update from the consulate. The vfs site shows "Your passport is under process at the US embassy/Consulate".

Is there any max wait time on the processing time?

Has anyone got a response after 4 months?

Is there anything that can be done to get to know the wait time?

pls advise.
