And, as per USCIS Case status - Card was ordered to be produced and it says will mail it to the address provided. But, her Opt starts from July 9th. Can she travel to India during May 22 - June 22 because of some personal reasons. By May 22 she should receive opt Card. She has Opt i20 offered by college and Offer letter from consulting firm. Thanks.
jairichi Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 She can. When she travels back she needs to have her EAD card along with her apart from other supporting documents.
