Birth Certificate does not have full last name.

Hi 

 

My Birth certificate does not have a full last name on it 

 

Example Lastname: K*** and First Name: Testfirst

 

on birth certificate it is K. Testfirst. .. more examples... K  Kishore, T Dinesh, P Kranthi.

 

Will that be a problem ?
