newhorizons
Hello, My Wife's Employer has filed for her H1 and it was approved last year. At the time of filing, the Client was different. She came to USA in June and she started working for a different Client. I am hearing news that, whenever a Client changes, a new H1-B has to be applied. Is this true. She has planned to travel to India end of this month. Is it a risk to travel with this uncertainty? Your response at the earliest would help us to make a decision quickly. Regards, Pavan. jairichi
Her H1B petition should have been amended long back. There is a possibility that VO might take a serious note of this issue. Without an amendment approval she can not go for visa stamping. Link to comment
