sahil_capricon
Hello, I am planning to visit India in July and attending visa interview. I have completed 6 years in September 2014, on H1-B visa. I also got I-140 with my previous employer, last year. Now i am with client and they are still in the advertisement process and even labor is not filed. So if i go for visa interview, which documents, i need to carry for me and my family (we will be attending visa interview in different slots) . Will there be any issues since my current employer has not filed labor. Please let me know. Thanks Sahil Link to comment
