psax2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Report Share Posted May 4, 2015 My wife is on H1B and she needs to transfer to H4 for sometime. My question is, i read that H4 COS application can be filed concurrently with EAD application so she can start working once both are approved. Is that true for new applicants or only people already on H4 status and applying for extensions? Thanks. Link to comment
