H4 EAD - 9th year

I am on my 9th year of my H1B with PD in Jan-2012 and I changed employers. My new employer wont start my GC process until Sep-2015. Is my wife still eligible for H4 EAD irrespective of my old I140 approved status based on AC21 rule?

You got your H1 ext based on I140 at that time, so I guess your wife is eligible for EAD. Its better to wait for more replies or contact an attorney.

Yes, you are eligible under AC21 rule.
