H4-EAD - when can i start working

Hi,

 

I am planning to file for H4-EAD on May 26th. The approximate time to adjudicate is mentioned to be 90days.

 

Do I have to wait till 90days to start working or Can I start working while the application is in review. I would like to do an internship starting in June.

You have to wait till its approved.

You can start working ONLY when the EAD is approved.
