Online I94 date given according to the visa as latest I797 was not presented at port of entry?

Hi,

 

My wife is on H4 visa. She was not aware of giving her latest I797 extension which is valid till June 2017 at the port of entry, and rather just showed her passport visa whic was valid till June2015. Pulling up her I94 record online, obviously shows admit until June2015.

 

What are we supposed to do now, as she has a valid I797 until June2017 but her online I94 record is till June2015.

 

Please advise.
