H1b 221 g in denmark can reapply in my home country

Hi all

 

I attend for my H1b visa interview in Denmark, Feb 2015, and I got 221g . After one month I back to my home country India and I sent withdrawal application to us embassy in Denmark. They did´t respond to my withdrawal petition.

 

Now I would like to attend for visa interview in my home country, so can I attend, without withdrawal of my petition in Denmark?
